We offer more yoga and mindfulness than other running retreats. Twice daily sessions are included in all retreats. Classes are offered in picturesque and calming surroundings by our professional yoga + mindfulness teacher/s on staff.
Our hand-selected team of professional staff are all highly qualified or equally experienced in their respective fields. Combining specialised chefs, highly experienced instructors, and a down to earth host team, we make it our goal to gain the appreciation of all our guests.
We work with local communities to create sustainable and empowering, running and mindfulness retreats. Also non-profit organisations such as One Tree Planted to aid in the regeneration of our planets natural environment, donating ten trees per guest to projects in either North America, Latin America, Asia or Africa.

I cannot recommend this running and yoga retreat more! The Soul & Trail team took us on a journey both as a group and individually. Before this retreat, I very much considered myself a beginner runner but my level did not impact my experience at all and every day I showed up wanting more! This retreat had something for everyone! Yoga, mindfulness, workshops, a massage, as well as downtime to lay by the pool or enjoy the natural surroundings, it really did suit everyone!
Exactly what I needed to refresh myself and put aside the stress of the city and the day-to-day. With just the right dose of running, meditating and quality food to recharge my batteries. Already thinking about my next running retreat!
Thank you so much for an awesome running retreat. It was beautiful and I received a lot more than running! Absolutely stunning environment, world-class healthy food, and wonderful to share it with so many beautiful people all in an authentic space in their lives – very refreshing. Just such a beautiful place to just ‘be’. As a busy working mother, it was a personal challenge making the commitment to leave my family behind but was definitely the right decision. So many positives and Instagramable moments.
A unique running retreat experience! It was undoubtedly the best way to reconnect with my body, mind and nature. Despite not being a professional runner the team were incredibly supportive, that by the end I felt so accomplished. If only there were time for more!
